Where were you born/grew up
-Officially, I was born in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, Rhode Island is the smallest in area, and the second most densely populated of the 50 U.S. states. Its official name is the longest of any state in the Union; I am still working on growing up.

Final meal, what would it be
-If I knew I was going to eat my last meal, I am sure I would loose my appetite, If I had to pick, I’d choose the garnish from a Schwabtini !

What fad or trend do you hope comes back?
-Hmmmm, maybe Poodle Skirts and Fuzzy Sweaters.

-Cheese Pizza with Black Pepper, Oregano and Garlic Salt, sometimes I add those Red Pepper flakes and that Parmesan mix they offer at the counter, but Black Pepper, Oregano and Garlic Salt is my jam.

Pick a celebrity that defines “Cool”
-L.L. Cool J or Kool Moe Dee or Coolio, it’s a bit of toss up.

If you could trade places with any one person for 24 hours, who & why?
-I’m good, I opt out… However, I saw an episode of Dirty Jobs, since I wrote this, and that guy, Mike Rowe, has gotten to do more than most people, I don’t think I want to switch for 24 hrs, but in general, that guy has had some fun, a mile in his shoes could be interesting.

Favorite sports teams?
-Skins, Caps, O’s

What’s your favorite adult beverage?
-A Bombay Sapphire Schwabtini :: Chill your martini glass and shaker (and Gin), add crushed ice to the Shaker and smash up the ice with the muddler, the more ice flakes the better… Add Gin into the shaker, I recommend 2 ½ ounces per serving, next pour a splash of Martini Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth into glass, swirl and discard; shake the living hell out of the Gin, bruise it / wake it up! Pour the Gin-Ice slurry into a large martini glass gently, Spill approx ½ ounce olive brine into shaker over the remaining Ice, shake violently, gently pour olive ice brine solution on top of Gin in glass, use spoon to defuse, for a nice effect, Garnish with a couple big fat olives and a single cocktail onion on a skewer – The Bombay Sapphire Schwabtini – Delicious!
